L'ile aux Cerfs is widely known for being a paradise for water sports. Visitors can try out parasailing, speed boating, water skiing, windsurfing, banana boats and rafting (single or double). Having lately been renovated, l'île aux Cerfs now has an 18-hole golf course. It also has straw hut restaurants and handicraft and souvenir stalls.
Access:
Ile aux Cerfs is located 15 minutes from the eastern coastline and the village of Trou d'eau douce. It can only be reached by boat. The prices are around Rs 200 per person for a return ticket. There are numerous companies that offer the return trip.

- It is better to go there early during the week to make the most of this paradise island and to avoid the crowds.
- Enjoy a nice coastal stroll and you'll easily find a calm beach.
