Ingredients :
4 cups of natural yogurt
1/2 carton of semi-skimmed milk
1 pinch of salt
1/4 tsp green cardamom seeds, crushed
3 drops of rose water
Method :
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or mix them together with a hand whisk.
Pour the lassi into the glasses.
Chill until ready to serve.
