500g fillet of fish 250g flour 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder Salt, glutamate (seasoning can also be used) Oil
Method :
Preparation: Boil or fry the fish. Combine the flour with the eggs, salt, baking powder and the glutamate. Knead whilst adding cold water until you obtain a mixture of an even consistency. Dip the fish into the batter. Fry the croquettes in a deep fat fryer until golden brown. Chicken and prawns can also be used instead of fish.
