200g minced meat 1 clove of garlic 1cm of ginger 4 sprigs of coriander 1 sprig of mint 2 pinches of chili powder Salt Oil
Method :
Finely chop and blend the onion, garlic, mint, coriander and ginger into a paste. In a salad bowl, combine the minced meat with the blended mixture. Season with the chili powder and salt. Then, shape the stuffing mixture either into a sausage shape or into small, flat balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the seekh kebab until it is cooked through.
