200 g flour 100 g fresh broccoli, finely diced 2 carrots, finely diced 1 heart of palm, finely diced 50 ml olive oil 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp ground cinnamon 50 g melted butter Water Salad Oil Black soya sauce Salt and pepper
Method :
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the water and salt, until smooth. Gently roll out the dough on a flat surface dusted with flour. Cut into rectangular shapes. Simmer the diced vegetables in salted boiling water. Drain and season with pepper, olive oil, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Spread the diced vegetables over the pastry. Brush the edges with the melted butter. Fold in the sides and continue to roll.
