800 g king prawns, shelled 1 onion 1 tomato 1 sprig of parsley oil salt pepper
Method :
Preparation: Boil the prawns until they become pink in colour. Allow them to cool and then shell them. Throw the heads away and clean the prawns. Keep the rest of the shells. Using a food processor, blend the shells with some water. Gently simmer the chopped onion until tender. Then add the crushed tomato, parsley and shell paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and put the mixture through a sieve. Put it back over the heat and add the shelled prawns. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until you obtain a smooth and creamy sauce.
