(for 6 personnes)
- 6lb lobsters (3kg) - 1 big onion - 1 sprig of parsley and thyme - 2 garlic cloves - 4 tbsp oil - salt and pepper according to personal taste - chili according to taste - 1/2 lb tomatoes
Method :
Preparation: Cut the onions into thick slices. Slice the tomatoes into eight pieces. Roast the lobsters with half a cup of water. Take off the braising juices. Shell the lobsters. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the garlic, onions and tomatoes gently in the oil. Add the braising juices and simmer. Add the lobsters, parsley and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in half a cup of water and simmer over a low heat for five minutes.
