-450g prawns, shelled and deveined -1 red bell pepper, 2 celery sticks -1 onion, chopped into pieces -1 tbsp white wine -groundnut oil -salt and pepper
Method :
Sauce: Combine 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce together with1 teaspoon of corn flour or manioc flour and 65ml (1/4 cup) water. Cooking: Heat the frying pan over a high heat. Pour in two tablespoons of groundnut oil and add the onions, celery and the red bell peppers. Stir fry the prawns. Add the sauce (1), allow to simmer for two minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve on a bed of flavoured Thai rice.
