250 to 450g (1/2 to 1lb) of meat 1 garlic clove, crushed 50 to 100g of black mushrooms (fungus), soaked in warm water for two hours 1 onion 2 slices of ginger, cut into thin strips 2 tbsp soya salt salt and pepper
Method :
Cut the meat into thin strips. Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour or manioc flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, the crushed garlic, ginger, 2 tablespoons of oil, 6 tablespoons of water and salt. Leave to macerate for one hour. Place the meat in a dish and steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
